4.3.1             CREATION OF OFFICE: There is hereby created the office of Zoning Enforcing Officer who shall be appointed by the Mayor, with advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.

4.3.2             DUTIES:   It shall be the duty of the Zoning Enforcing Officer to enforce all the provisions of the zoning ordinance and amendments thereto. He shall perform such additional duties as may be assigned to him by the Mayor and Board of Trustees.

4.3.3             POWERS: He shall have the powers and exercise the functions necessary for such enforcement which are delegated to him by Statute or ordinance.
