Tuesday, October 11, 2011, Regular Board of Trustee meeting

Official proceedings of the Board of Trustee’s, Town of Chatsworth, held in the Town Council room at 7:30 p.m.

Roll called showed the following present: Trustee Price, Runyon, Wiles, Miller and Kubiak. Also present were Zoning Commissioner Bartlett and Superintendent Ledford: President Haberkorn and Trustee Birkenbeil absent.

A motion by Trustee Wiles and seconded by Trustee Price to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Board of Trustee vote: 5 Yea

A Motion by Trustee Wiles and seconded by Trustee Runyon to set the Halloween hours for October 31, 2011 hours 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Board of Trustee vote: 5 Yea

Trustee Runyon report: There have been shotgun shells found at the sewer plant. We need to get it posted no trespassing. Superintendent Ledford will get signs for posting.

Trustee Wiles report: We need to get the cost of the 410 East Hickory clean up and a bill made for Attorney Weeks for the disposition hearing on October 28, 2011.

Trustee Miller report: East sand filter has been cleaned and leveled. We are going to have to look into having the sand removed and replaced soon.

Zoning Board vacant seats need to be appointed at the next meeting.

The board agreed to allow Ms. Dohman to have the water bill at 101 North 7^th Street put in her name as owner and the account to have 2 garbage charges for the 2 apartments.

Trustee Miller requested a motion to go into Executive Session at 8 pm. Subject Personnel. A motion by Trustee Runyon and seconded by Trustee Kubiak to go into Executive Session on the above subject. Board of Trustee vote: 5 Yea

A motion by Trustee Wiles and seconded by Trustee Runyon to come out of Executive Session at 8:15 pm.  Board of Trustee vote: 5 Yea

A motion by Trustee Wiles and seconded by Trustee Kubiak to pay bills as presented and issue vouchers for same. Board of Trustee vote: 5 Yea

A motion by Trustee Wiles and seconded by Trustee Runyon to adjourn.

 Board of Trustee vote: 6 Yea
