Monday July 16, 2012 Special Board of Trustee Meeting

Official proceedings of the Board of Trustee’s, Special meeting Town of Chatsworth, held in the Town Council room at 8:00 p.m.

Roll call showed the following present: Trustee Miller, Birkenbeil, Wiles, Runyon, Kubiak and Price. Also present was Attorney Weeks.

Zoning change location 32528 East 835 North Road owner Timothy McGreal.

Attorney Weeks: Zoning Board held a hearing at 7:30 p.m. July 16, 2012 (published June 28, 2012) approving the change from residential (R1) to Agriculture (AG) to build a Farm Shop. The shop will have Town water and sewer. Hearing was held with no objections.

A motion by Trustee Miller and seconded by Trustee Runyon to approve the Zoning change at 32528 East 835 North Road from R1 to AG. Board of Trustee vote: 6 Yea

A motion by Trustee Runyon and seconded by Trustee Birkenbeil to adjourn at 8:15 p.m.
