Official proceedings of the Board of Trustee’s, Town of Chatsworth, held in the Town Council room at 8:00 p.m.

Roll call showed the following present: President Haberkorn, Trustee Wiles, Kubiak, Price, Runyon and Miller: Trustee Birkenbeil absent. Also present Treasurer Gerdes-Hibsch, Zoning Commissioner Schroen, Superintendents Ledford and Maxson.

Sheriff’s Deputy Sergeant Mitchell report: There were 33 calls, 13 citations and 5 warnings for the month of March. There have been several vehicle break ins recently. The Town has a new resident Deputy Emily Anderson.

Selcas is having the Board of Directors meeting April 29, 2013 at McDonald’s restaurant and would like to have a representative from the Town to attend.  Trustee Kubiak will get back to the clerk if he can attend.

Linda Long has resigned the new Board will work on a replacement in May.

The house on 202 East Spruce will close tomorrow. The new owner is already working on getting the house removed.

A motion by Trustee Runyon and seconded by Miller to use Trustee Runyon’s Town of Chatsworth Boards and Commissions  Guidelines for the Citizens Advisory Board.

A motion by Trustee Price and seconded by Trustee Kubiak to pay $28.56 for 2 lunch meals for the Superintendents Ledford and Maxson.

Superintendent Ledford has received his Water Operators License.

A motion by Trustee Price and seconded by Trustee Miller to adjourn at 8:50 pm.
